What is Vitamin C?
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is a water-soluble vitamin that the body cannot produce on its own. It must be consumed daily through food.

- Joint pain
Recommendations
- Daily intake: 75–90 mg (often 200–500 mg recommended after surgery)
